Brig Gen Robert J. Cheeseman,
has been a member of the Texas State Guard since 1996, serving in various positions. His previous assignments include Air Liaison Officer, Air Operations Officer, Vice Commander and Commander of the 4th Air Wing, and Inspector General, Texas State Guard. Brig Gen Cheeseman is a distinguished graduate of the Air Force Officer Training School and was commissioned in April 1972. General Cheeseman is also a graduate of the USAF Air War College, Air Command and Staff College and Squadron Officer School. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1996 where his primary duties were as a Special Investigations and Counterintelligence Officer (Special Agent) with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), USAF Inspector General.
Command Chief Master Sergeant, CMSgt David A. Dallas,
has been a member of the Texas State Guard since 1998. His assignments include 4th Air Liaison Detachment Chief Enlisted Advisor, 449 Air Support Group Commander, 4th Air Wing and Air Division Command Chief Master Sergeant. Chief Dallas is a SRNCO Academy graduate. He retired from the USAF in 1994 where his primary duties were Secure Communications Maintenance Superintendent and Chief of Logistics with the Air Intelligence Agency.
