CMSgt Dallas has been a member of the Texas State Guard since 1998. His assignments include 4th Air Liaison Detachment Chief Enlisted Advisor, 449 Air Support Group Commander, 4th Air Wing and Air Division Command Chief Master Sergeant. Chief Dallas is a SRNCO Academy graduate. He retired from the USAF in 1994 where his primary duties were Secure Communications Maintenance Superintendent and Chief of Logistics with the Air Intelligence Agency.
