The Operations and Training division is charged with providing operations and training information to the Commander; preparing, updating and maintaining estimates; making recommendations; preparing plans and orders; processing, analyzing and dissemination information; monitoring execution of decisions; identifying and analying problems; conducting staff assistance coordination; conducting training; preparing risk management; performing staff assistance visits; and conducting staff inspections.
